Management Team:

Ross McBride, President - Mr. McBride brings over 25 years of real estate construction, development and management experience to Montblanc. Mr. McBride has been involved in the development of over 2000 residential condominiums in North America. He has also developed commercial retail plazas and commercial buildings. His passion for real estate also extended to property management of over 10,000 residential units.

Marcin Zalewski, Director of Operations - Mr. Zalewski has over 10 years of experience in business management and financial management systems. He specializes in strong financial reporting and stringent cost controls for organizations and helps facilitate all financial transactions for Montblanc and it's clients.

John Paterson, Vice President, Investment Sales - John has a Bachelor degree from Boston University and many years of experience working as a senior manager at large multinational businesses. He has deep experience and knowledge in retirement planning. He helps lead Montblanc to ensure that we always have the right income producing investments in the right markets for our investors through his understanding of demographic trends and population movement.

Tony Luc, Manager of Information Technology - Mr. Luc is an experienced professional with computers and software for business. Mr. Luc is in charge of keeping all computer systems up and running 24/7 for Montblanc.

Jane Paterson, Real Estate Investment Advisor - Mrs. Paterson is responsible for communication with Montblanc's clients. She works at helping Montblanc's clients understand and take advantage of real estate investment opportunities from Montblanc.
